Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since Biblical Truth Cycle's products are print-on-demand, we unfortunately can not accept exchanges for size or color at this time, but hope this we change as our business grows. However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and a refund has been issued; make a separate purchase for the new item you want, or you can make a separate order while your return is pending. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@biblicaltruthcycle.com. In subject line of email please type "Refund Request". We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ have received and inspected your return. If approved,  a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your card. Thank you in advance for your patience.
